Our Chef

Having worked in numerous important hotels of Turkey and one of the first cooks who represent Turkish National Team, Executive Chef Ali Davut started to work as the Executive Chef in Midtown Hotel More Restaurant in the year 2007. Starting his career in Istanbul Haci Salih Restaurant when he was 15 years old, Ali Davut continued his career in Taksim Divan Otel, Pera Palas Otel, Kadikoy Aden Otel, Maslak Movenpick / Prenses Otel, Sait Halim Pasa Yalisi and South America Trinidad & Tobago. Ali Davut is a member of Chaine Des Rotisseurs and he has won many awards in national and international contests so far. The master chef offers his patented meals to the guests of Midtown Hotel More Restaurant.
